As a Project Manager with us, you become the hub of our projects, from start to finish. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out according to plan, with high quality and within budget, and ensure that both customers and the team thrive and perform at their best.

Your Role

In this role, you lead and coordinate projects with a focus on:

• Leading projects from planning to completion – with responsibility for schedules, resources, and economics
• Maintaining close contact with customers, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships
• Planning and coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and other involved parties
• Ensuring quality, following current industry regulations, and internal routines
• Participating in kick-offs, inspections, and project closures
• Monitoring economics and handling any deviations
• Documenting projects in a correct and structured manner
• Identifying and solving problems that arise along the way – always with safety in focus
• Supporting production when needed
• Other common activities within the scope of the assignment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• At least one year of experience in project management within construction

Meritorious:

• Experience from Relining, sewage, or related technical areas
• Upper secondary education within HVAC, construction, or civil engineering
• Education in contract law and/or project management within construction/civil engineering

Terms of Employment

The position is full-time/daytime with the workplace in Stockholm. Start date according to agreement.
