We are now looking for a property officer with experience in driving and managing their own projects for the property management and security technology group. We work with issues regarding the maintenance of the foreign missions' premises; chancelleries and official residences as well as integrated embassy facilities with a focus on sustainability, security, cost-effectiveness, and operational adaptation.
You will be responsible for about 30 foreign missions regarding local supply, property management, and security adaptations, as well as contributing to the strategic renewal of our premises. The assignment includes travel abroad as the group is responsible for all rented properties of the foreign service in about a hundred locations worldwide.

You have an engineering degree or equivalent, or post-secondary education with a focus on property, and have experience in practical property work in a government agency or company with at least 5 years of experience in property management. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of the Office suite. You have experience in driving your own projects and are used to coordinating tasks. Experience working abroad and knowledge of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' operations is an advantage.
Your qualities – a team player!
You should have good collaboration skills and a practical and operational disposition combined with integrity and good judgment. You are structured, analytical, quality-conscious, meticulous, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to changing conditions and new environments.
