Your mission
As an estimator, you play a key role in our estimating and bidding processes as well as in the company's business and purchasing processes. You will prepare estimates and decision-making documents both in early stages and on completed documents. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues to ensure well-prepared, competitive, and profitable bids.

Since we are a smaller organization, the role is broad and varied, with the opportunity to influence both working methods and business development. We work exclusively with end customers and lead projects in various environments such as churches, hospitals, airports, and technically advanced properties.

Your main responsibilities:

• Estimate renovation projects at various stages, from early assessments to completed documents
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical solutions
• Prepare cost estimates, risk analyses, and profitability calculations
• Collaborate with project managers, site management, and management
• Participate in the handover from estimating to production

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with solid experience in estimating within construction production who thrives in a business-oriented role. You are structured, analytical, and meticulous with a good understanding of how technical choices affect economics and execution. You are confident in your skills, work independently, and are happy to contribute improvement suggestions and new perspectives.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience as an estimator in construction production
• Experience with estimates in both early stages and on completed documents
• Experience with calculations of material and labor costs in various project stages
• Very good knowledge of construction estimates and cost control
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

We consider it an advantage if you have worked with cultural heritage buildings.
