Your responsibilities
In your role as a staffing planner, you will primarily work with the tools Time Care Pool, Time Care Planning, and your main tasks will be to ensure that bookings of substitutes from the organization's units are filled. You will have close contact with our hourly substitutes, whom you will communicate with regarding employment contracts, bookings, and other matters related to their employment in Kalix Municipality.

The work also involves providing guidance to managers and orderers in the Time Care tools. With the help of the IT tool WinLas, you will answer managers' and supervisors' questions regarding employment periods and certain labor law issues concerning, among other things, the right to re-employment. Part of your work may also involve being responsible for reviewing and publishing job ads in the recruitment system Talent Recruiter.

You will have close cooperation with the other functions of the Employer Unit: HR and Payroll.

We are looking for
We are looking for someone with a high school education. The position involves a lot of work with IT tools and communication in speech and writing, so we expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language and that you are accustomed to and enjoy working with IT tools.

Since the work involves many points of contact, we place great emphasis on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is engaged and works well with others by relating to them in a responsive manner. You thrive in working independently at a fast pace and can maintain close cooperation with managers and orderers to prioritize and make decisions on matters.

Experience working with the IT tools Time Care Pool, Time Care Planning, and/or experience in staffing work with other IT tools is highly meritorious, especially from work within municipal operations or service professions.
