About the role and your tasks

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. The person who is a permanent care contact is responsible for ensuring that a care plan is established and followed up for their clients. The staff group is divided into smaller divisions, with 2-3 permanent care contacts who, together with a runner, are responsible for the work with the division's clients. They may also visit other clients.

We are now also looking for someone who wants to work as a resource, which means you will also work within our four areas. The four areas include the home care areas of Rosen, Tuna/Thulehem, Östra torn, and Linero.

Your work is guided by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions on delegation from a nurse, and other assistance that the person you support needs. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining good quality.

We are now looking for nursing assistants for permanent positions or longer temporary positions. We offer everyone to work full-time, which means 36 hours and 20 minutes a week. Everyone works every other weekend. The working hours if you work days are from 07:00 to 15:00.

We are looking for you who

• are a trained nursing assistant.
• experience in care work is an advantage.
• To work in home care, cycling experience is required, and in some areas, a driver's license.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
• You also need to have good digital skills, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, engaged, flexible, and attentive - with clients, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their everyday life.

About the workplace

The home care unit in Linero is located on Astrid Lindgren's road. We collaborate with digital home care and are the area with the most clients who have digital home care. Here we work with health and a good work environment. Linero home care is multicultural, both its clients and staff.

The home care of Lund Municipality is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with health and medical staff under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator.
