Bo Bra Hemma is part of the main mission Health. The home care service Bo Bra Hemma Södra Centrum is centrally located in Ängelholm and is a bike-friendly area. The team includes nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, coordinators, planners, nursing assistants, and caregivers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The main task is to provide care in the form of support and assistance to residents in their daily lives. Planning and organizing the work is done in close collaboration with the unit manager, coordinators, planners, colleagues, and other professionals.

Health and medical tasks are performed under the delegation of a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.

We work with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and IT systems for documentation and communication, so it is important that you are comfortable with these tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is a requirement that you have a nursing assistant diploma and proof of the right to use the title nursing assistant. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and be able to pass a medication delegation.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in:

  • Home care work
  • Quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert

You should be well acquainted with the intentions of the Social Services Act and the basic regulations for what should be documented according to the Social Services Act.

The job requires that you can ride a bike.

You will need to use personal Bank-ID to log into your work schedule and our operational systems.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role and are passionate about providing good service and care. You enjoy taking responsibility and working independently. You work from a rehabilitative approach and have a professional demeanor.
