Today, we at Allegio Omsorg have over 1,500 employees including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore we have a high level of education among our employees with a special focus on dementia and palliative care. We constantly work on development in our operations and ensure quality through, among other things, self-checks.

We provide care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with a fixed care contact and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, in the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in the operation – we can always improve.

• Being able to cycle is a requirement.
• A driver's license is an advantage.
• We would like you to have some previous experience in home care or nursing homes, but it is not a requirement.
• It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
