Description

The home care service in Bollnäs covers central parts of Bollnäs as well as Kilafors and Arbrå.

The temporary position will be in one of the areas within Bollnäs home care service.

The positions are for the period from 2025-03-10 to 2025-08-31.

Job Responsibilities

As a temporary Team Coordinator in home care, the main task will be planning based on clients' assessed needs and requirements, staffing according to the plan. Coordination and communication with clients, relatives, healthcare, and care managers.

This work is based on assessed decisions and working environment.

In the role of temporary team coordinator, you will be the closest support to the unit manager, so good communication between the unit manager and the team coordinator is important.

Qualifications

You who are applying have a high school education, with an administrative focus or in health and care.

Experience in planning or logistics is preferred, ability to work independently, and knowledge of the software programs Treserva, Medvind, and Intraphone is an advantage.

You have a knack for problem-solving and planning and can handle rapid changes that may occur within the organization.

A good communicative ability and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are required.
