Söderhamn Nära AB, with its subsidiary Söderhamn Elnät AB, is a municipal infrastructure company. Currently, we have about 125 employees and work in areas including combined heat and power, waste management, electricity networks, city networks, IT operations, as well as water and sewage. The operations are run in a joint organization to create coordination advantages and business benefits for owners, customers, and residents.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a structured financial administrator with a good sense of service and competence in finance and administration.

You will work within the finance department. The position includes the following responsibilities:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly reconciliations

Your Profile

For the role of financial administrator, we are looking for someone who has a good ability to plan and organize their work effectively and independently. You need to be a person who is meticulous in your work and takes responsibility for your assignments. You are also well aware of and strive to achieve the organization's goals and maintain a good quality standard. You are a person who is confident in yourself and has good self-awareness. We are looking for someone who works well with others and interacts with colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner. Furthermore, you easily adapt to changing circumstances in a way that allows you to quickly adjust your approach and see opportunities in changes. To thrive in the role, you should also have an interest and ability to help others and deliver good service.

Education

You have an education in finance or similar and/or other experience deemed equivalent. Good experience with MS Office. Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Experience

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in financial work and ongoing bookkeeping.
