Are you ready to make a difference, build deep relationships, and grow with us?

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with experience in social work who now wants to take the next step – to work more in-depth and have the opportunity to investigate the whole situation of a family.

At Enebacken, the work is about meeting our clients when they need us the most, even outside regular office hours. We work in shifts, which includes evenings and every fourth weekend. This gives you the opportunity for recurring longer breaks, but above all, a working time that creates close relationships and opportunities to truly make an impact. At Enebacken, you work independently and have a great personal responsibility to drive cases with high authority together with your colleagues.

As an investigator at Enebacken, you will have the opportunity to delve into the important and complex work of investigating and supporting families and children in difficult life situations. Our investigative work is extensive and requires a holistic view of each family where we carefully map both strengths and challenges. By working methodically with observations, interviews, and analyses of the family's situation, we create a clear picture that serves as the basis for tailoring support measures that can truly make a long-term difference.

At Enebacken, we work according to evidence-based methods and a carefully structured investigative process, which means that we both follow guidelines and constantly strive to find new insights into what best supports each individual family. You will have the chance to develop your skills in documentation, analysis, and risk assessment while working closely with your colleagues to ensure that our efforts maintain the highest quality.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • Reflective and open – You show your vulnerability and are receptive to others' perspectives. You communicate proactively, seek advice, listen, and show respect for different viewpoints. You have strong self-awareness and openly share your thoughts to strengthen community.
  • Flexible and adaptable – You have the ability to handle changes with a positive attitude and adapt to different people and situations. You show respect and sensitivity to cultural and religious differences and see changes as an opportunity to develop and grow.
  • Independent and secure – You are stable within yourself, which is reflected in your ability to handle uncertainty and use it as an opportunity to learn and grow. You work rationally and analytically, actively seeking to understand problems in depth to create effective and long-term solutions.

You who apply have a degree in social work or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in social investigative work, and it is an advantage if you have experience in investigative work with children and parents within social services or in institutions.

The position also requires computer skills, fluency in Swedish in speech and writing, and good English. A driver's license and knowledge of other languages are advantageous.
