Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The job also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a continuously ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operation. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Other

Interviews at the clinic will be held continuously.

Welcome with your application!

About the recruitment process

The selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a telephone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
