JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is based in Sexdrega and involves work with ordinary housing in the northern part of Svenljunga.

As a nurse, you will work independently in a varied role where you plan and structure your workday. The tasks include standard nursing duties within municipal primary care such as medication management, medical assessments, sample collection, follow-up of health and medical care efforts, as well as delegation and guidance of nursing staff.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues within the municipality's health and medical care, unit managers, caseworkers, as well as health centers and other external care providers. Documentation and collaboration are a natural part of the job.

The schedule is on a 12-week rotation, currently with work every 6th weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a licensed nurse
• Enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
• Preferred if you have specialist training in palliative care, elderly care, or district nursing.
• Enjoy collaborating and cooperating

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
