The work also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. About You
You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
Travel in the job may occur. A driving license (B) is required. Interviews at the clinic will be held continuously. We welcome your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
