Registered Nurse/ District Nurse Wanted at Vallås Health Center

As one of our nurses is retiring, we are now looking for her successor! Are you a registered nurse/district nurse who wants to work with a focus on making each patient encounter unique? Then you might be the one we are looking for at Vallås Health Center.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you will work at the doctor's office. The work at the doctor's office consists of telephone counseling via Tele-Q and the chat Clinic24, scheduling appointments, as well as planned and acute reception work. You will also perform assessments and self-care counseling for patients seeking planned and acute care. If you have training as an asthma/COPD nurse or diabetes nurse, there is an opportunity to have your own clinic in this area.

About the Workplace

Vallås Health Center has about 6,300 registered patients. We have a doctor's office with specialist doctors in general medicine, a child health center, a district nurse clinic, and a vaccination clinic. The health center also has physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and psychologists. Säbo, a nursing home in the area, is affiliated with the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a registered nurse or further educated district nurse. Experience working at a health center, TeleQ, or triage is meritorious but not a requirement. Knowledge and experience of working in the healthcare administrative system Cosmic is highly advantageous.

You have a patient-centered focus and are comfortable working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous in your work and have the ability to be flexible. It is also important that you contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace and have a good and professional demeanor towards your colleagues and those visiting the health center. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language - in both speech and writing - is required, as well as good computer skills.
