Licensed District Nurse/Nurse at Vårdcentralen Västra Vall

Are you interested in working in primary care and want to be part of an engaged and professional team? Then this could be your next opportunity! We are now looking for a licensed district nurse or nurse for a 6-month temporary position with a chance of extension at Vårdcentralen Västra Vall.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will have a varied workday including:

  • Telephone advice and appointment bookings
  • Assessments and outpatient work
  • Digital patient contact, such as advice via chat
  • Active participation in team rounds, where we together form a team around each patient to create a holistic perspective and safer care

Working hours are Monday to Friday, with some duties on evening and weekend shifts.

About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Västra Vall is one of Region Halland's largest health centers, centrally located in Varberg near the train station, city center, and the sea. We have approximately 12,000 registered patients.

We have a well-functioning work approach with team rounds, where several professions collaborate around each patient. We actively work to develop both our routines and our digital working methods, and we welcome new ideas and perspectives; here, you will become an important part.

Qualifications

You are:

  • A licensed district nurse or nurse
  • Interested in developing our work with digitalized care
  • A team player who values close and professional collaboration.

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience in primary care
  • Training in diabetes care
