Närvård Knäred is a smaller, personal healthcare center in the countryside with approximately 2,300 registered patients. We are in a clear development phase where quality, accessibility, work environment, and patient value are at the center.

We are now looking for a district nurse with diabetes competence who wants to be a key person in our operations and contribute to both patient health and our continued development.

About the role

As a district nurse with diabetes competence, you have a central and responsible role in our diabetes clinic. You work independently but in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals.

We operate with a drop-in clinic, which means that accessibility, prioritization ability, and collaboration are crucial. With us, it is important to contribute to the whole – in a smaller organization, we help each other, take responsibility, and are flexible when the business requires it.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed district nurse with diabetes competence
• Is confident in your profession and enjoys taking responsibility
• Thrives in a smaller organization where engagement and collaboration are essential
• Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities rather than limitations

Meritorious:

• Experience working in primary care
• Familiarity with the Cosmic journal system
