District Nurse/Nurse at Vårdcentralen Veddige

We are now looking for someone who:

  • wants a part-time position, perhaps as an extra job alongside another job, or
  • is interested in a 6-month temporary position.

About the job and us as an employer

Your duties at the health center will cover the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You will work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, digital healthcare meetings, and in person.

You will work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care.

The Vårdcentralen Veddige consists of a doctor and district nurse clinic, laboratory services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychologist, social worker, child health care, specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes. It may also be relevant to work part-time at the branch in Bua, which is part of our operational area.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care and have diabetes competence.

For the position, you need to have good collaboration skills and be service-oriented. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is highly valued.
