We are looking for an experienced information modeling expert who wants to lead and coordinate information modeling in a larger IT project within the public sector. In this role, you will analyze and structure the organization's information to create a common understanding, improve communication between the business and IT, and enable efficient system development. You will work closely with requirements coordination and development in an agile environment, translating needs into formal information models, primarily using UML.

• Lead and coordinate information modeling within the project.
• Analyze, identify, and describe the organization's information in a structured manner.
• Define the meaning, structure, and relationships of information and establish common concepts.
• Create and maintain clear and formal information models, such as UML class diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with business representatives, requirements coordinators, solution architects, and developers.
• Support the development team in questions regarding information models and information-related decisions.
• Work iteratively and update models based on changing requirements and needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and suggest improvements to information flows and working methods.
• Present and explain information models to both business and technical teams.

• At least 5 years of documented experience in information modeling in complex IT projects in close collaboration with the business.
• Good knowledge of information architecture and information modeling as a discipline.
• Experience with established modeling techniques/notations, such as UML (class diagrams) or equivalent.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Good understanding of agile principles and working methods, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work iteratively and adapt information models based on changing requirements.
• Experience with modeling tools, such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or equivalent.
• Documented ability to collaborate with the business, requirements coordinators, solution architects, and developers.
• Knowledge of the various stages of the system development process in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
• Ability to present and explain information models to different target groups.
• Good understanding of how information requirements affect system architecture, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with projects with multiple parallel development tracks.
• Experience ensuring connections and traceability between business concepts, requirements, information models, and technical realization.
• Experience supporting requirements coordinators and developers in matters concerning information objects and interfaces.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities in information flows and working methods.
• Experience documenting, managing, and further developing information models over time in long-term development initiatives.
