The IT management has approximately 150 employees located in various locations within Region Gävleborg; Gävle, Sandviken, Bollnäs, Hudiksvall, and Söderhamn.

Within IT support, we are 29 employees who take collective responsibility for our delivery. The primary mission of IT support is to provide 1st and 2nd line support in the areas of systems, technology, and E-service cards. We have a dedicated 1st line that is responsible for phone support and is the first contact with our users, where 2nd line support assists in case of absence or high workload.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a system administrator within E-service cards and systems support, you will work closely with our users providing support and system administration. Your main tasks will involve managing everything related to the E-service card assignment, such as access management regarding entry to various premises, certificates, photography, and distribution of E-service cards. This position also includes system support where the primary task will be access management.

As a system administrator with us, you will work with:

• developing processes, routines, and working methods
• photography for E-service cards
• distribution and activation of E-service cards
• support cases
• access management
• documentation
• phone support when needed in the 1st line.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are positive, outgoing, and communicative, with a focus on doing the best for our users.

In the role of system administrator, you should have:

• at least a 3-year high school education
• experience from previous support work within E-service cards
• experience from process work.
