Bokelundaskolan is located in Skånes Fagerhult and Beringskolan is located in central Örkelljunga. The schools are F - 6 schools, but teaching may also occur with older students and students from adapted primary school. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching in wood and metal crafts. As a craft teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, assessing, and documenting students' knowledge development for students in grades 3-9. As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You lead the pedagogical work in accordance with the school's governing documents.

The position includes teaching both in Örkelljunga and Skånes Fagerhult.

As a craft teacher in wood and metal, you are also responsible for ensuring that the safety regulations of the craft room are followed and that service and maintenance of machines are performed.

Teaching may also occur in other subjects.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher in crafts, wood, and metal. Other relevant education and experience are also meritorious.

You are creative and can engage and motivate students to learn.

You have a good ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect.

With a flexible and solution-focused approach, you have a positive attitude and see it as your responsibility to create good and sustainable relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are a good role model, enjoy structure, are full of ideas, and see every interaction with students as an opportunity.

You are solution-focused and see teamwork as a prerequisite for high goal achievement and strive together with colleagues and school management to systematically develop the content and methods of teaching. You are well acquainted with the school's governing documents.
