Blique by Nobis is a modern hotel concept where architecture and design go hand in hand with various forms of aesthetic expression. In generous social spaces, we have created a vibrant community with a hotel, two restaurants, large and flexible meeting and event venues, as well as a rooftop terrace with stunning views over Stockholm's rooftops.

We celebrate Sigurd Lewerentz, the world-renowned architect who first designed the building, by preserving his architecture and welcoming new creative expressions in design, art, music, food, and drink.

The hotel is located in a LEED-certified building, and sustainability is one of our key issues. From early spring to late autumn, we grow and harvest everything from herbs to various types of cabbage and cucumbers, directly from our courtyard, which is then served in our restaurants. The hotel, which is a member of Design Hotels, comprises 249 rooms and 58 studios for guests wishing to stay for a longer period.

With us, hotel life meets vibrant energy – rooftop bars, courtyards, concerts, DJ nights, and events revolve around you, but in the reception, the guest experience is always the focus.

The reception is the heart of the hotel. Here, you welcome guests, create security, and provide a professional first impression. We are looking for someone with experience in Opera Cloud who wants to work extra during mornings, days, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out
• Guest service and information
• Manage bookings, payments, and inquiries in Opera Cloud
• Collaboration with housekeeping, restaurant, bar, and events
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby and social areas

Requirements

• Experience with Opera Cloud
• Previous work in hotel reception/front office
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Confident, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Enjoys a bustling environment
