We are currently undergoing a full renovation with the intention of re-positioning the hotel in line with its iconic history among the luxury hotels in the city.

Do you enjoy exploring new flavors, techniques, and presentations? We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef who is passionate about producing high-quality pastry and bakery products and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

You are a team-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency and attention to detail. This role works closely with the kitchen leadership team and is responsible for the daily production and execution of pastry and bakery items for the hotel’s outlets (restaurant, bar, breakfast, and banqueting).

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods in line with our concepts
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes together with the kitchen leadership team
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality
• Support cost awareness and proper use of ingredients to minimize waste
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Assist in ordering and inventory of pastry related products
• Collaborate with colleagues across the kitchen and service team
• Handle guest requests related to pastry and desserts in accordance with the hotel’s standards

Main Requirements:

You are a creative and reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoys working with premium products. In addition:

• Experience working as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook in a professional kitchen
• Formal culinary or pastry training is preferred
• Knowledge of classical and modern pastry techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and presentation
• Good sense of service and willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)

Working hours follow a rotating schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends according to the hotel's needs.
