RA Hospitality is now looking for a team leader in catering who wants to work in a professional environment where quality, structure, and leadership are crucial for every assignment.
About RA Hospitality
RA Hospitality is an established service company that has been providing qualified catering and bar staff to restaurants, conferences, banquets, and events since 1999. Our strength lies in clear working methods, high professional competence, and present leadership – both from the office and on-site with clients.
As a team leader, you are the company's representative on-site and a key person for both staff, clients, and delivery.
About the Role
The role of team leader is operational, responsible, and requires a strong presence on the floor. You lead catering and bar staff during assignments, ensure quality in execution, and act as a link between the client, staff, and RA Hospitality's office.
This is a role for you who is confident in your professional role and has the experience to make real-time decisions.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead, delegate, and follow up on the work of catering and bar staff
Ensure that the staff meets RA Hospitality's requirements for service, reception, hygiene, and dress code
Introduce, support, and quality assure new staff
Be the contact person for the client during ongoing assignments
Prevent and manage deviations, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and respectful manner
Report assignments and events according to RA Hospitality's routines
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the catering industry, who is confident in a leadership role and has the ability to create structure, calmness, and professionalism – even in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
At least 5 years of documented experience in catering (à la carte, banquet, and/or conference)
Experience from bar is highly meritorious
Previous experience in leadership or personnel responsibility (formally or informally)
Very good sense of service and understanding of customer relationships
Ability to lead others through clarity, presence, and role modeling
Good communication skills
Swedish and English spoken is a requirement
Catering education is meritorious
