Head Waiter for Restaurant Pava

Restaurant Pava is growing - and we are now looking for an engaged head waiter who wants to be part of our lunch team.

Restaurant Pava is a modern and pleasant meeting place where good food and personal service are at the center. We have a relaxed yet professional atmosphere where both guests and staff should feel at home.

As a head waiter with us, you will be the face of the restaurant - welcoming our guests, seating them, assisting during service, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming experience.

We are looking for someone who loves interacting with guests, has natural leadership skills, and thrives in a lively restaurant environment where quality, pace, and atmosphere go hand in hand.

Your main responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests as well as manage reservations
• Effectively utilize the restaurant's space to optimize guest flow
• Lead and motivate the service staff during shifts
• Ensure a high level of service and quality
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff
• Answer phone calls and plan bookings

We are looking for you who

• Has experience in the role of head waiter or a similar leadership position in the restaurant industry. At least two years of experience in the field
• Feels confident in service, is stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication skills and can lead with clarity and warmth
• Speaks Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

About the position

• Scope: Part-time 50 percent - (according to agreement)
• Working hours: The role is primarily for lunch but may require some evening shifts
• Start: Immediately or according to agreement
• Opportunity to influence and develop in the role
• Training and further education in service, food, and beverages
