Spa Hosts and Hostesses Wanted at Acqua di Foresta

In spring 2026, Acqua di Foresta, Villa Foresta's new spa in Lidingö, will open – 900 square meters filled with water, sauna, nature, and exclusive spa experiences. We are now looking for spa hosts and hostesses who want to be part of the start and shape the guest experience to the highest standard.

About the Role

As a spa host/hostess, you are the face of our guests. You welcome guests warmly, create security, and ensure that the environment always feels inviting, harmonious, and ready for relaxation. The role is varied and includes service as well as bar and serving work, restocking products, ensuring order, hygiene, and comfort in the spa areas, and supporting the reception when needed.

With your commitment, you contribute to a top-class overall experience – a place where guests feel seen, cared for, and filled with well-being when they leave the spa.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for staffing and sales in the spa's bar and serving areas with a focus on good service.
• Be visible, present, and available for our guests in the spa and relaxation areas.
• Ensure order, hygiene, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the spa area.
• Handle towels, products, and restocking of the spa's materials and consumables.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide professional information about the spa's offerings and services.
• Support the reception when needed, for example with bookings and payments.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a warm, cohesive, and memorable guest experience.

Experience

• Experience in bar and serving in environments where service and quality are paramount.
• Previous work in spa hosting and/or reception, preferably from spa or hotel operations.
• Familiarity with working with guests and creating good experiences.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Basic IT skills for booking and cash systems.

Working Hours and Employment

• We are looking for spa hosts/hostesses for part-time positions, 50–75%, as well as extra help as needed through hourly employment.
• Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Start date according to agreement.
