- Responsible, structured, and quality-conscious
- Experienced in production or food preparation (preferred but not required)
- Positive, flexible, and comfortable with change
- Interested in food, ingredients, and Gateau's sense of craftsmanship
- Familiar with hygiene routines and food handling
What do we offer?
- A unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning in a new part of our business
- A workplace within Sweden's largest artisanal bakery, with roots in Saltsjöbaden and inspiration from Paris
- A job where you are an important part of the guest's daily experience
- Opportunities for development and growth within the company
- An inclusive workplace where diversity and different backgrounds are a strength
- A safe working environment with a focus on quality and safety
With us, you will receive a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period on a full-time basis, with terms according to the Green Agreement between the Food Workers' Union and the Food Companies. The minimum salary according to the agreement is 28,595.16 SEK/month. Any additional benefits will be according to the collective agreement.
We also offer wellness grants, employee discounts on Gateau's range, and benefits on Fazer's products through our online store.
