About Uniguide

Uniguide was founded in 1999 and has offices in two locations; Visby and Eskilstuna. We have approximately 30 employees. We sell various communication services, primarily customer service and various technical services. Our core business is “customer service” in a broad sense, and our clients are mainly in the real estate sector, the hotel industry, and among non-profit organizations.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for a colleague for the donation and membership service department where the tasks are as follows:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls for our clients (telephony)

  • Receive tribute and memorial gifts
  • Answer questions about our clients' various memberships and fundraising purposes
  • Make welcome calls to new members or donors
  • Call the clients' prospect contacts for conversion
  • Develop our clients' business through contact with existing donors

Handle regular tasks that are not telephony-related (administration)

  • Send orders received via our clients' online stores and other channels
  • Register gifts and payments in our clients' support systems
  • Manage email inboxes, social media, and chats on behalf of our clients
  • Create, print, package, and send invoices or payment slips
  • Create, print, and send memorial cards for funerals and individuals

Education Requirements

  • High school education is required

Knowledge Requirements

  • High administrative capacity in the Office suite
  • The ability to write text accurately and at a high pace
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous work experience
  • Experience in service professions with personal interaction
  • Communication via phone calls
  • Experience with customer relationships
  • Experience with communication via chat and email
  • Experience in sales increases the likelihood of success in the role
  • Post-secondary education is an advantage but not a requirement

Expectations

  • Within two months, the employee is expected to be able to work partially independently with the simplest tasks.
  • Within four to six months, the employee is expected to be able to work completely independently with all tasks in the department.
  • Within twelve months, the employee is expected to be able to be responsible for one or more clients.

  • The position is located during office hours at our office in Visby
  • Possibility for remote work part of the time exists after agreement with the manager
