About the role

In the customer support team, you will handle incoming calls, emails & chats for all Swedish Match retailers in Sweden. Customer contact may involve service issues and troubleshooting on retailers' coolers, in-store displays, questions about products, pricing, and educating and assisting our customers in our loyalty program. Customer support acts as a support both to our sales colleagues in the field and to our customers.

We want a world-class customer support and to provide our customers in Sweden with the best service. In customer support, it is important to work for the best delivery and service to our approximately 6,000 customers throughout Sweden. We set clear goals within the team and continuously work on constant improvements.

Note: This role is based in Visby, Gotland!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from retailers.

• Provide support regarding coolers, in-store displays, products, pricing, and the loyalty program.

• Support salespeople in the field and customers.

• Work towards the best service for our approximately 6,000 customers in Sweden.

• Update work routines and FAQs.

• Contribute improvement suggestions.

• Assist our tele-sales department when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service via phone and email.

• Good computer skills.

• High ability to collaborate.

• Knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work independently.

• Love problem-solving.
