About Uniguide
Uniguide AB is a company that sells customer service, administrative services, and technical solutions to businesses primarily in the real estate sector and among membership and donation organizations. Uniguide has its headquarters in Visby and a smaller office in Eskilstuna. The company has been around since 1999 and has extensive expertise in all forms of customer service. Our clients are some of the most well-known in their respective industries.
We want to strengthen the company with an operational manager who will become a key person in the growth journey that Uniguide aims to undertake with both existing and new customers. The company has never been stronger financially and organizationally. Now we want to invest in recruiting an operational manager who will have overall responsibility for the company's entire operations, both the strategic marketing and sales work, and the everyday operational work of delivering high-quality services to our customers.
We receive ongoing inquiries from potential customers and their customer service, and the questions increasingly concern digitalization and AI. Here, we see Uniguide as a natural partner that can help the customer make the right choices to keep up with the technological development that is taking place. An important part of the job will therefore be to work with the company's IT manager to develop new technical solutions to meet customer needs. You need to have good experience in leadership and growth-promoting development work.
Overall Responsibility
The operational manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and developing daily operations so that the company's goals are achieved efficiently, qualitatively, and cost-effectively. You will have a management team consisting of two production managers and an IT manager at your disposal, as well as support in financial and HR matters from the group that Uniguide is part of.
You will work together with the company management and the board to shape Uniguide's marketing and business operations for the next three years, and you can base your work on the business and marketing plan that has been approved. You need to balance strategic and operational work with clear and inspiring leadership in a company that has great potential and loyal customers and employees.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the company's strategic work, including the business and marketing plan
• Lead and develop daily operational activities
• Represent Uniguide towards partners and external actors
• Ensure that processes, routines, and working methods are efficient and purposeful
• Together with the production managers, be responsible for resource planning (staff, budget, time, and materials)
• Monitor the business's results against set goals and key performance indicators
• Initiate and drive improvement and efficiency work
• Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, policies, and internal guidelines
• Manage operational risks and deviations and take corrective actions
• Contribute to strategic work through analyses and decision-making support
Personnel Responsibility
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and managers
• Be responsible for work environment, well-being, and skills development
• Conduct employee reviews and salary discussions
• Together with the production managers, ensure the right staffing and skill levels
Qualifications
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Documented several years of experience in operational leadership
• Good understanding of business management, processes, and finance
• Experience in change and improvement work
• Very good communication skills in speech and writing

Working chairman, CEO, and if applicable, the board

• Experience in building teams through recruiting competent staff within service.
