Are you our new salesperson for the High Season 2026?

On the magical island of Gotland, we have a store and sewing production. Designing and producing clothes that our customers want, can use often, and love for a long time to come - as locally produced and environmentally friendly as possible. That is the core of our business - we are a slow fashion company!

As a salesperson, you are our face to the outside world in all situations, whether you are taking care of our customers in the store in Visby, meeting them on our social media, on the phone, via email, or when they shop online. You will manage our digital platform for online sales and actively work with our influencers for marketing. The sales assignment goes hand in hand with marketing, and a significant responsibility lies in managing our social media channels, creating reels, producing digital material, and designing our newsletters. You will closely monitor how sales develop in the short and long term by analyzing, planning, and acting based on sales data with the aim of optimizing sales. Packing and shipping customer orders, rearranging displays in the store, restocking products, maintaining order, and cleaning the premises are part of the job. Customers should always be greeted by a friendly and cheerful person in a clean and fresh environment.

We are looking for a positive person who loves to sell! You need to handle a fast-paced work environment and enjoy having many tasks going on simultaneously. Being able to work independently and take responsibility is important. To thrive in the role, we believe it is essential that you like to challenge yourself, share yourself on social media, and find a balance between high quality and efficiency. In this position, you will often work alone and have full responsibility for your tasks - organization and planning are requirements you need to manage. Being a jack-of-all-trades with your own drive is important. Currently, we have 4 employees; two seamstresses, a part-time salesperson, and our CEO. You will primarily work side by side with our part-time salesperson in the store, and you will divide tasks between you, with one day a week where you work alongside each other for planning and coordination.

In terms of experience, we prefer that you have worked as a salesperson in a store, are familiar with cash handling, have experience in marketing, photo editing, and are comfortable managing social media.

The need is during our high season from June to August on a part-time basis, both weekends and weekdays, location Visby.
