Sales Advisor at Elgiganten Visby

About the Role – Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor at Elgiganten Visby, you will engage in active sales from the first contact to closing the deal. Your most important task is to understand the customer's needs and present the best overall solution – products, services, and accessories.

You will work towards goals, track your own performance, and be driven to continuously develop.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively selling and working with needs analysis and upselling
  • Creating strong customer experiences and long-term relationships
  • Working towards individual and shared sales goals
  • Participating in ongoing training in sales, technology, and customer interaction
  • Contributing to a high tempo and strong team spirit on the floor

We Are Looking For You Who:

This is a role for those who want to work seriously with sales.

We see that you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in active sales (e.g., retail sales, B2B, telecommunications, appointment booking, or similar)
  • Are comfortable working towards clear goals and KPIs
  • Have strong communication skills and are confident in customer dialogue
  • Are results-oriented, competitive, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong work ethic, take responsibility, and want to develop

Previous experience in technology sales is an advantage but not a requirement – we provide you with the right training to succeed.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Permanent, probationary employment applies

Scope: Part-time 70-100%, working hours include evenings and weekends
