We are looking for:

Temporary position of about 75-80% every third weekend

Start in March - August 31 with the possibility of extension.

Driver's license and access to a car are required!

Mariagården is a social therapeutic LSS operation inspired by Anthroposophy, located about twenty kilometers outside Umeå. We have five group homes and a comprehensive daily activity program. Mariagården has been operated since 1964 by an employee association without profit interest.

About the residence: As a residential support worker, you provide our residents with the support they need in their daily lives with personal care and assistance, as well as facilitating their leisure time and weekends. You provide support and help so that residents can manage all the tasks that occur in a home. You support and enable residents' choices to participate in social activities based on their wishes and opportunities. You provide continuity and security in the social environment. Your tasks include written documentation and managing the chores in communal areas and employee spaces.

Are you the one we are looking for: You should be secure, calm, and able to work with low affect. You need to have a sense of order and structure. You will be part of a team and therefore need to be able to collaborate and work according to established routines and communicate with others. We prefer that you have experience in similar work and that you have a care education or equivalent. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
