Prep Cook Wanted at Novi Veranda
As we approach the summer season, Novi Veranda is looking for a prep cook who wants to be an important part of our kitchen team. Here, ingredients, pace, and team spirit are in focus – and summer at Novi is intense, fun, and full of energy.
About the Position
As a prep cook, you will be responsible for preparations in the kitchen before service. You will work closely with the head chef and other cooks to ensure high quality and a smooth flow in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of ingredients (vegetables, sauces, mise en place, etc.)
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Follow food safety procedures
- Support the kitchen where needed during service
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working in a restaurant kitchen (preferred but not required)
- Is meticulous, quick, and stress-resistant
- Has good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment during the summer season
