We are now looking for reinforcement and new talents for our kitchen team ahead of summer 2026.

For the fifth year in a row, we are reopening our well-visited and acclaimed summer restaurant in the old Factory, just north of Visby. Our Mediterranean-inspired courtyard is the location for our restaurant and event activities, and our menus and concepts are largely based on what our own organic garden provides for the season. This also allows us to produce a number of our own products such as jams, oils, spices, and ice cream.

At the end of 2022, we were mentioned in the prestigious Forbes magazine as one of the “Next places to Eat” in Europe.

Now we continue to develop our product and brand to new heights.

Therefore, we are now looking for you who want to join us on our journey forward and further develop the business to new heights.

We are looking for someone who has a great passion and joy for food and who has a creative and innovative streak with a sense of high quality.

About the position

We would like you to have relevant education and/or a couple of years of documented experience from restaurant kitchens or similar operations.

Additionally, we see that you are a team player who enjoys working intensively in a beautiful and inspiring outdoor environment with an open kitchen and close guest contact.

Unpretentious, positive with good collaboration and communication skills are other qualities that lead to success in our company.

The position is a seasonal employment starting at the end of May until the end of August, with the possibility of extension.

The position includes accommodation by the sea with shared kitchen/bathroom.
