Welcome to Salthamn. The old mink farm by the sea just north of Visby has been revitalized in recent years. Here, Jacqueline Raymond has returned to her childhood home to lay the foundation for something entirely new. A growing event and banquet hall business has expanded since 2022 with a popular summer restaurant and bar in the beautiful courtyard of the Factory.

After a few successful years, we look forward to another season and are seeking you who want to help us continue building a meeting place for everyone, where food and drink are the focus.

For the summer season of 2026, we are now looking for:

Service/Bar and Café Staff

We are looking for stars in service/bar for our summer restaurant at Salthamn, as well as for our food truck with lunch and café operations.

Do you want to be part of our team and create memorable experiences in a completely unique environment during the summer season at one of Gotland's most unique locations?

We are looking for someone who is positive, has great social skills, and can contribute to creating hospitality of the highest class for our visitors.

With previous experience in restaurants, bars, or cafés, you are attentive, curious, and self-driven, able to make your own decisions when needed.

You have an eye for what needs to be prioritized and enjoy being present in dialogue with guests.

The tasks vary and involve both day and evening work in the restaurant, café, and banquet hall operations.

Here, we are a great team in a beautiful environment by the sea, just a stone's throw from the pulse of Visby.
