Do you want to work in a dynamic team at one of Gotland's most beautiful and unique seaside locations?

We are now looking for reinforcement and new talents for our kitchen team ahead of summer 2026.

For the fifth year in a row, we are reopening our well-visited and acclaimed summer restaurant in the old Factory, just north of Visby. Our Mediterranean-inspired courtyard is the place for our restaurant and event activities, and our menus and concepts are largely based on what our own organic garden provides for the season.

One of our specialties is our wood-fired pizzas that have been a great success in the evenings. Innovative specialty pizzas and Pinzas are served as a complement to our menu.

We are not a pizzeria in the traditional sense, but we are looking for someone with experience in baking pizza who wants to help develop our product, but who can also work with other parts of the kitchen during service.

About the position

We prefer candidates with a couple of years of experience from a pizzeria or restaurant kitchen.

Additionally, we see that you are a team player who enjoys working intensively in a beautiful and inspiring outdoor environment with an open kitchen and close guest contact.

Being unpretentious, positive, and having good collaboration and communication skills are other qualities that lead to success in our company.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds as we have a multicultural corporate organization; however, Swedish or fluent English is a requirement.

The position is a seasonal employment starting at the end of May until the end of August, with the possibility of extension.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation at Salthamn - therefore, applicants need to have their own housing.
