For the summer, we are looking for a server who wants to work close to the sea and be a part of everyday life at Vidhave. Here, restaurant, terrace, and beach life meet in an environment where guests often stay for a long time – and where hospitality is as important as the pace of service.

We are a small team that works closely together. The role suits you who thrives on responsibility, enjoys meeting people, and wants to help create a place that feels lively, simple, and welcoming.

About the role

The job involves classic serving in our summer restaurant, but also being a natural part of the whole experience for the guest. Some days go fast, others are calmer – then we help each other wherever needed to enhance the experience across the entire area.

We are looking for someone who:

• is curious, eager to learn, and comfortable in meeting guests
• finds it easy to collaborate and communicate
• remains calm even when the pace picks up
• takes initiative and contributes to a good atmosphere

Experience is a plus but not crucial. More important is your attitude and willingness to develop together with us.

Our culture

We usually work in a 3–3 rotation, which provides both clarity and recovery during the peak season.

Practical

• Season: starts June 1 (or by agreement)
• Working hours: day, evening, and weekend
• Language: Swedish and English required, German is a plus
• Staff accommodation is available for the right person
