We at Novi Veranda are now looking for a server manager for the summer who wants to lead our dining room and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. With us, you will work in an inspiring environment by the water, together with a dedicated and ambitious team.

About the Role

As a server manager, you are a key person in the daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring smooth service, coaching the serving staff, and ensuring that our guests are always greeted with a warm welcome and the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and distribute work in the dining area
• Ensure that guests receive a first-class experience
• Be responsible for routines regarding opening, closing, and cash handling
• Introduce and support new employees
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and F&B Manager

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in serving and preferably previous leadership responsibility
• Is structured, attentive, and has an eye for detail
• Spreads positive energy and motivates others
• Has a genuine interest in food, drink, and service
• Can work flexibly during evenings and weekends
