Are you an early riser, organized, and passionate about top-notch service?

Novi Veranda is now looking for a Breakfast Manager for the summer who wants to take full responsibility for our breakfast service and give our guests the best start to their day.

About the Position

As the Breakfast Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the breakfast operations. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly from early morning until closing, with quality and guest experience in focus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and oversee the breakfast service
• Ensure high levels of service and quality
• Manage orders, follow-ups, and waste control
• Be responsible for hygiene and self-control routines
• Lead and support breakfast staff as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, self-driven, and organized
• Has experience from hotel or restaurant breakfast (strongly preferred)
• Enjoys early mornings and a fast-paced environment
• Has an eye for detail and a genuine service mindset
• Is a team player with a positive attitude
