Responsible Bartender Wanted at Novi Veranda

As summer approaches, we at Novi Veranda are looking for a driven and dedicated responsible bartender who wants to help create wonderful experiences for our guests in a lively and summery environment.

About the Position

As the bar manager, you will have overall responsibility for the bar operations. You will lead the daily work in the bar, ensure high quality and service, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the bar
• Lead and distribute work among bar staff
• Ensure high levels of service and quality
• Ordering, inventory management, and stocktaking
• Contribute to menu development and drink concepts
• Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol and hygiene regulations

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working in a bar, preferably in a leadership role
• Is responsible, organized, and able to handle stress
• Has a good sense of service and guest relations
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is a team player with positive energy
