We are looking for runners for the summer season, with the possibility of continued employment after the summer.

As a runner, you will work in the dining area with dish collection, keep order, and ensure a pleasant environment for our guests. You will also support our bartenders and serving staff in their daily tasks. The position requires no previous experience and is suitable for those who want to learn the industry and eventually develop into a waiter or bartender.

Responsibilities

• Dish collection and general work in the dining area
• Support bar and serving staff
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and organized

Working hours

Mainly in the evenings.

• Can handle a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Has the ability to stay focused even during quieter weekday evenings
• Is responsible, service-minded, and enjoys working in a team

About Bistro Borgen

Bistro Borgen is a popular bistro pub located just inside Österport in Visby city center. We prepare all our food from scratch and serve, among other things, burgers, fried chicken, pizzas, vegetarian dishes, and street food. We have billiards, shuffleboard, and games, and on weekends we offer a music bar and karaoke.
