Does a summer in Gotland sound wonderful? Then you might be the next star at our restaurant Frimis in Visby.

Frimis Krog is a summer restaurant in the heart of Visby’s old town. Here we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb every evening, as well as a solid à la carte menu based on Gotland’s seasonal produce and ingredients. We also work a lot with weddings, events, and medieval themes in all its forms.

As the head chef, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the daily work and have a holistic perspective on kitchen operations. Therefore, you need to be organized, calm, and methodical.

We have a passion for locally produced food and actively work to reduce food waste, so we are looking for someone who has a good sense of taste, is interested in cooking with seasonal, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
