Frimis Krog is a popular summer restaurant located in the heart of Visby, right next to the S:t Nicolai ruins. In our lush garden, we serve whole roasted Gotland lamb and seasonal delicacies every evening. In addition to the restaurant, we also operate a Medieval Tavern where we host Medieval Banquets – and during the Medieval Week, Frimis is one of Visby's largest and most vibrant meeting places.

As we prepare for the summer of 2026, we are looking for cheerful, service-oriented, and social individuals to join us as serving staff. The season primarily runs from week 26 to 32, but there are good opportunities to start earlier or continue longer as we have many events, weddings, and catering assignments even during spring and autumn.

Who are you?

You enjoy working with people, have a knack for collaboration, and can maintain a good mood even when the pace is high. Previous experience in serving is a plus but not a requirement – the right attitude is what matters most. If you have training in Responsible Alcohol Service, that's a big plus.

Frimis Krog is operated by Matmuren AB, a Visby-based company that has been working with food & entertainment since 1991. In addition to Frimis Krog, we also run Bistro Borgen, Bistra Harens Medieval Tavern, and a large catering and event business.
