Our wonderful colleague has resigned to pursue full-time studies. We are now looking for an engaged replacement/nurse who wants to be part of our lovely team and continue to contribute to patient work at Aleris ASIH Södertälje. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and can collaborate in our multidisciplinary team.

Our ASIH unit is located in Södertälje city center next to the commuter train and bus station, making it easy to reach by both bus and train.

About us At Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic home care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

Our organization has extensive experience in providing ASIH, and today we have nine different ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high competence and a well-established working method, and we run a well-functioning palliative inpatient care unit with 24 beds located at Handens Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced care interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is cared for. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock.

Everyone in our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and with the 6 S's as support in our approach. We also actively work on the implementation of digitalization in healthcare, such as video visits, messaging, and reception for the unit.

In the ASIH Södertälje team, there is a high ceiling, and we support each other in our daily work. Humility and kindness are important to us. ASIH Södertälje has centrally located workspaces with proximity to public transport, gyms, shops, and restaurants. The tasks as a nurse are varied and challenging, contributing to continuous development. You will work with digital tools and always operate from a person-centered approach. You have a great deal of personal responsibility but always have backup from the team.

About you As a person We are looking for someone who values providing good care, a personal approach, and who maintains high quality in patient work through professionalism. As a nurse, you are used to working independently and easily adapt to the different situations you encounter. We are looking for someone who wants to engage in the development of the organization and work with your colleagues to promote modern and efficient care. Interested in working with digital tools as aids, from video meetings to transcription tools.

Background You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist competence. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in palliative care and specialized home care. Previous experience working in ASIH and/or oncology care, preferably hematology, as well as other relevant experiences are merits for the position. Preferably with experience in prescribing.

• Other is a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in ASIH or oncology care, preferably hematology. At least five years of experience as a nurse.

• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• has a B driver's license, which is a requirement.

Employment conditions Employment form: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time, day, evening, and weekends. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement exists.
