Your Role

Within Systems Engineering, we ensure that complex systems function with high reliability over long periods. Our clients are often in aviation, defense, automotive, or railway, and our assignments are related to requirements engineering, systems safety, maintenance analysis, and technical project management. We help our clients achieve success in development projects!

To take on this challenge, you need to be self-driven and have a strong personal commitment. Above all, you need to be curious and constantly seek better solutions to technical problems. You don’t need to have all the answers, but the ability and courage to ask the right questions are prerequisites for taking on this role.

Your Profile

Etteplan is growing, which means we need different types of individuals and competencies. We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to develop as an engineer. You are someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, has a positive attitude, and likes to take responsibility. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form, and are a Swedish citizen.

To meet the expectations in your role as a systems engineer, we see that you:

• Are an educated civil engineer or engineering graduate.
• Understand the importance of requirements for a successful development project and are interested in creating requirement specifications.
• Have several years of experience in roles such as requirements analyst or technical project manager for systems with high demands on availability and safety.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge of methods in the field of Systems Engineering in accordance with the standards ISO/IEC 15288 or 29110.
