Your mission

As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate the technical delivery of IT services to our operations within regional development, public transport, culture, and education, as well as the regional management office. You will identify and implement needs within the framework of projects and assignments in close dialogue with customers and internal delivery teams. The goal is to promote digitalization by streamlining working methods, creating new processes, and user-friendly system solutions together with Region-IT.

Examples of tasks

• Support and contribute to customers' digitalization and create sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate and follow up on IT deliveries based on orders and agreements.
• Support operations in conducting information security classifications and risk analyses, with the help of our information security coordinators.
• Lead procurements of new solutions together with the operations and our procurement unit.
• Keep the technical delivery together, prepare documentation, and steer towards set goals.
• Develop customers' working methods through IT support for both short- and long-term efficiency.
• Ensure operational staffing in consultation with resource owners within Region-IT.

Your role is about finding the balance between people, technology, and development. It requires attentiveness, clear communication, and confidence in your skills and experience. You build strong relationships both within and outside the region, stay updated on the external environment, and always keep customer benefits in focus.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or experience that the employer deems equivalent.

We see that you have:

• Strong coordination and leadership skills. You drive and lead IT deliveries within both projects and management.
• Experience in procurement.
• Good communication skills and relationship-building qualities. You translate technical requirements into user-friendly solutions and build strong collaborations.
• Experience in digitalization and business development. You identify digital needs and create added value through strategic and practical solutions.
• Solution-focused working methods. You lead change processes and process development with a business perspective.

You are structured, goal-oriented, and confident in a leadership role. You have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to customer needs. With experience in IT operations and project management, you drive the work forward with initiative and focus on results.

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and used to working with complex issues and requirements management. Your communicative ability allows you to build trust, create engagement, and collaborate effectively at all levels.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with information security, digitalization, or business development. If you also have knowledge of the Cybersecurity Act/NIS2, that is also advantageous.

Experience in public procurement and contract issues is very valuable, as well as knowledge of our customers' operations (regional development, public transport, culture and education, and the various departments of the regional management office).
