We are now looking for summer substitutes at Sofiagården in Södermalm for the summer of 2026. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about care and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Sofiagården

Sofiagården is located in a cozy neighborhood in Södermalm, Stockholm, next to Vitabergsparken. We have 50 apartments, of which 30 places are dementia-oriented and 20 places are somatic-oriented.

You can easily reach us by public transport. Take bus line 2 to the Erstagatan stop or bus line 76 to the Åsögatan stop.

• Dementia certification: We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and response via the Dementia Academy.

• Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operation. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
