Your role

We are looking for someone who is or has been a leader, preferably within production. You are an engaged and present person with the ability to create participation, motivation, and team spirit. Your leadership is characterized by presence, clarity, structure, and humility. You have a strong drive to develop people and improve your operations. Furthermore, you find it easy to build trust and lead teams with employees who have different characteristics, knowledge, and backgrounds.

The role involves collaboration with several functions within the company, and it is important that you can build relationships and establish constructive dialogue. You feel confident taking your own initiatives and decisions. You also have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Previous leadership experience from a similar role
• Experience working according to Lean principles and improvement work
• Good understanding of production flows and business development

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
