Your Role

Are you interested in verification and testing? Do you enjoy taking responsibility and leading projects forward? In the System Verification section at Dynamics, we test and verify world-leading products to ensure they function as complete weapon systems and interact with our customers' systems.

We are now looking for someone to participate in and lead the development project for system testing of the next generation anti-ship missile - RBS15. As a project manager, you will:

• Plan, lead, and drive projects, with responsibility for timelines, budgets, resources, risk management, and delivery.
• Support and coach your team by providing the best conditions for success and contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.
• Build and maintain relationships, ensuring good collaboration and clear communication with colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Participate practically in the implementation of both technical and administrative work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is attracted to the idea of leading us on the path to testing our newly developed missiles. You have a technical background and have preferably worked with system testing of complex systems before. It is also an advantage if you have experience in project management. As a person, you inspire confidence, can drive progress, and find solutions - even in complex and dynamic environments.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for specific citizenship.
