We are now looking for a Control System Engineer for a long-term consulting assignment in the energy sector. The assignment is located in Finspång and offers a central role in technically advanced projects related to industrial gas turbines.

You will be part of an international and cross-functional project team where the control system is a crucial part of the delivery. The role spans the entire project lifecycle – from order initiation to commissioning and handover.

Your role will include, among other things:

• Adapting and further developing application programs for control systems

• Designing and programming new technical solutions

• Working with the procurement of hardware and software

• Performing network configuration

• Participating in customer meetings and technical discussions

• Working with documentation, simulation, and testing

• Providing support during factory testing, commissioning, and startup

• Developing technical scope for maintenance and service projects

You will also be part of a working group within control systems where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of the work.

• Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience working with T3000 and/or PCS7

• Experience with technical projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• A CV clearly showing the above mandatory requirements

• Experience with commissioning and/or troubleshooting

• Knowledge of network and communication solutions

• Knowledge of Swedish

• Experience in process improvement and development work

• Employment Type: Consulting assignment

• Employment: You will be employed by us and leased to the client

• Scope: Full-time

• Work Model: Hybrid (approx. 3 days per week on-site)

• Work Location: Finspång

• Assignment Period: February 16, 2026 – February 15, 2027, with the possibility of extension
